This is a common problem with people these days. You might be having a simple dyspepsia, abdominal flatulence or may be having gastroesophageal reflux which is common these days. As you have undergone an operation of fistula so avoid taking spicy food, drink a lot of water, and for above mentioned symptoms you should take some antacids like digene or tab rantac and avoid sleeping immediately after meals. If symptoms persist you should consult a physician.

Hello thanks for the query the symptoms are suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux. The frequent reflux may lead to esophagitis. Sometimes there may be associated gastric/esophageal ulcer. I suggest you to take some acid reducing agent (proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole, lansoprazole) along with prokinetic like domperidone/cisapride to prevent reflux. Avoid spicy and oily food, tea, coffee. Don't take too much water with food. Take food 3-4 hours before sleep. Elevate the head end of the bed. I hope all this measures will help. Regards.
